How We Supported 50 Students Through Secondary School

How We Supported 50 Students Through Secondary School.

When we first started the scholarship programme five years ago, we set a modest goal: support 10 students through their secondary
education. What we did not anticipate was the ripple effect — the siblings who stayed in school because they saw their brother or sister
graduate, the parents who began saving for the next child once they believed education was possible.

This year, we are proud to
share that 50 students have successfully completed secondary school under the Rose Seko Foundation scholarship programme. Each of them
came from a family that told us, on the first day, that they had no idea how they would pay fees.

Their stories remind us why we do this work. Not for the numbers — but for what the numbers represent: a generation of young Kenyans who now have options.
